Michael Hudachek purchased the store from the original owner in 1979. He brought with him the experience of being one of the first Bernina sewing machine dealers in the United States with his three stores in Ohio. He and his wife Ellen have sought to develop the dream store that has become a modern sewer’s sanctuary. Each year they receive awards to recognize them as being one of the best dealers of the year from Bernina, Husquvarna Viking, Babylock, and Singer for their technical training, sales and customer service while they meet their mission of “Keeping the World Sewing”.
